An Original Balinese Cooking Class offers you an opportunity to learn how to cook real Balinese food with local ingredient, with skilled and friendly Teachers who can impart the secrets of Balinese cooking to you in a fun atmosphere.

Chef Ketut is the owner and Cooking instructor. He emphasizes a friendly teaching style centered on actually doing, rather than watching. He guarantee that by the time you complete our course you will not only have learned a thing or two about Balinese cooking but will also have had a most memorable experience.

Class Time :

Morning Class Start at      : 08.30 – 13.00
Afternoon Class Start at    : 15.00 – 19.30

Note  :

  • Minimum 2 participant
  • Payment is on the day itself with our driver by Cash
  • Morning Class include the Market tour. If you are late, then unfortunately you will have to miss the market tour and we will do all possible to pick you up afterwards and before the class commences.
  • Suitable to Combine with Other Tour and Activities

  • As The school is located in Jalan Raya Laplapan Ubud Bali, we provide a free pick up and drop off service at Ubud Area
  • Tranfer from Out of Ubud will be additionally Charge

Vegetarian

  • Base Gede (A Basic 17-ingredient homemade puree, whichinfuses the characteristic Balinese taste so prevalent in most of the traditional dishes)
  • Sauce Kacang (Peanut Sauce)
  • Sambal Ulek (Balinese Hot sauce)
  • Soup Timun (Fresh cucumbers and tomato in a turmeric broth.)
  • Mie Goreng (Fried Noodle)
  • Tofu and Tempe Sate (Sate Tofu, Tempeh and vegetable served with peanut Sauce)
  • Pepes Jamur (Grill mushroom in Banana leaf)
  • Kare Sayur (Assorted Vegetable in spiced coconut milk)
  • Bubur injin (Black Rice pudding)

Non-Vegetarian
